It’s nice to know my Nissan is going to become more reliable soon.
My parents had a 89 Sentra from 91 until 06 eventually they sold it with 300k miles all original everything and still ran great. I bought a brand new 07 pathfinder and my transmission went out at 108k .
I have 2008 Nissan Pathfinder with 178,000 miles! Original engine, original transmission and still running like new! All you have to do in any car, keep the maintenance on time!
I heard the reason animals will eat wiring is because some of it is made with plant-based products that they confuse for food. idk…
YES NO MORE CVT’s!!!
I bought a new Hyundai Tucson in 2013, 2.3 engine, no troubles at all, great drive, and great gas miles. Will buy another new one next year!
1. It's about time!
2. I'll believe it when I see it!
The Japanese never should have merged with a trashed and unreliable Renault! The only thing the French make well are clothes and purfume.
Good I hope Nissan will be great again.
Please put your hands in your pocket
Scotty will have us all riding bikes before it over with lol
Nissan deny split with renault and claim they realy dont to seperate with them
😁
I keep reading about reliability issues, but I have yet to see an example around me. Between my frontier and my Z, I have several hundred thousand miles with zero issues. My girlfriend’s rouge is still running like new. Same story with my friends who own altimas and maximas. I don’t want to say these reliability claims are blown out of proportion, but of all the Nissan vehicles I’ve seen between mine, friends and family owned as well in the past decade with easily 1+ million miles combined, no reliability issues to report.
This sounds similar to Fiat Chrysler. Fiat makes junk cars and water flows down hill. If Chrysler could become their own company again then maybe better cars would come from Chrysler.
Awww suckie sukieee nowwww goo head Nissan
I have 2 Infinity SUV's for over a decade now. Great performance, nice engine sounds and nice sporty SUV looks. What is the problem with Nissan now?? Better than most except maybe Toyota..
You couldn’t give ma a Nissan.
where is CARLOS GOSHEN ????????????????
And break with Jatco?
I remember Renault cars from the 70's here in the USA. What worthless, rusty, POS.
My son’s Tesla had rat damage insurance totaled it!
Cats get caught in fan belts when car starts up…..small problem at farmstead.
Hahaha Nissan is garbage, I doubt it they are screwed and will stay with Renault.
Please be true and impress us.
Ultimately, if they dont make good cars and we dont buy them, they…get bailed out by the taxpayers.
Yeah, the 510 and the lil pickup were bullet proof way back when. At one point Datsun was up there if not ahead of Toyota for a reliable inexpensive run about!
Renault = Run? No!
I've owned a used 2001 Renault and was very satisfied with it. I do not know the last models but the ones 3-4 years old were more reliable than vw. CVT is also a Nissan idea, that made it now in Renault cars. You do not have Renault cars in USA, have no experience with them, why do you think they are bad?
When gas was .30 cents a gallon it was hard to not care about mileage.
My family had a 2008 Nissan Armada LE we ran it to 200,000mi got rid of it and got a 2015 Pathfinder and that car was a lemon now we have a Murano and it’s been fine
Should of had Nissan engine with Renault styling. That could of worked. Instead they did it the other way.
Only renault – The Best car Ever, i hawe 2 of diesels 2.0 dci 173 ps – Vel Satis and Espace 👌 Dream Cars 👍
So it looks like the Renault Kadjar may not have a plug in hybrid based on the Nissan Qashqai.
Nissan CVT 💩👇
This is the best news of the year so far. Remember when Nissan made good cars and the legendary sr20 series of motors?
I didn't know John Lennon ha a retarded brother?
I’ll believe it when it’s done
Scion was targeted to 18-35 year olds, but older people were buying them. Also, since Toyota makes so many different models of cars, it doesn't make sense to make separate Scion models. None of the Scion models are made anymore. The Sciion iM became the Corolla iM and in 2019 was replaced the new Corolla Hatchback and the Scion iA became the Toyota Yaris iA, but later dropped the iA.
Nissan never made a good car or truck, they are junk. I worked on cars and trucks for 50 yrs. Nissan`s are trash.
Nissan needs to make a comeback with the 3000GT VR4
Hey Scotty, been following for years, you have really helped me grow as a mechanic and a auto customer. I recently got my hands on a 1988 Pontiac Fiero, Formula version. Man was it good looking, but when i started it it felt like something was wrong, no power accelerating, shaking, backfiring. It was a mess, went under the hood, there were some dead animals and nests, cleared it all out and cleaned it. Then i went to do a tune up, and noticed something stange, one side of the engine was hot while the other wasn't. So i pulled each plug while it was running, only 3 of the 6 cylinders were firing! Someone had wired it wrong! After fixing it, the increased power was really good. But while going over the car again, there is rust damage in the trunk area…i listed it for sale but i only got offers for 500 dollars and only low ball offers. I have put some serious time into fixing this car up. Ultimately what should i expect to get for this car? Is it worth it to keep it? What are your views on the final model of the Fiero?
I see a lot of the people posting comments, have no idea what they're talking about. Nissan IS a Renault. They are built on the same Renault platform, with the same Renault engines, and transmissions, for the most part. Most of them have the same interior elements, like gauges, air vents, seatsIf you get parts, they will be marked Renault/ Nissan because they are the same thing. There's no saying: Nissan makes better cars than Renault since they are the same cars. They drive the same, they feel the same. If Nissan are to split, they basically have to built entire new cars, with new platforms and powertrains, alternators, starters, seats etc., through new deals with third parties. I am not saying it will be impossible, but it will mean the costs will go up considerably, and I'm not sure they can afford that. We will see.
What do you think about the 250 horse power yaris being released at the end of the year
Massive Toyota fuel pump recall 😄
